At Shimmera, we do everything possible to offer fast, reliable, and secure delivery to all destinations we serve.

    We deliver to most European countries and various international destinations. At checkout, you can select your destination country from the available list.
  2. Processing Times
    Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
  3. Estimated Delivery Times
    France (mainland): 3–6 business days
    Europe: 5–10 business days
    Rest of the world: 7–15 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.

    Shipping may be free for certain destinations or orders above a minimum value, as indicated at checkout. Exact shipping costs are automatically calculated based on your delivery address.
  2. Order Tracking
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking link. You may check the status of your delivery at any time using this link.
  3. Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address
    Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees will apply.

    Extreme weather conditions
    High-volume shopping seasons (Christmas, Black Friday, etc.)
